[ ABOUT US ]
David’s goal is to add value to every project, every client, and every relationship.
When he graduated from the University of Minnesota, he used his finance degree like many young entrepreneurs… he did nothing related to finance and rehabbed houses.
Eventually, he saw a way to mingle his passion for the construction field with the need for common-sense financing of rehab and new construction projects. David brings an open mind to each project but will ask questions and make suggestions to validate you are making the best decisions to reach your goals while making sure the financing you have will help you get there.
When not in the office David enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children or hunting and fishing with family. Pet is the office black Lab, Blue.
Conor joins us from the corporate finance world, spending several years as a financial analyst in the medical device industry before transitioning into real estate. He merges his knowledge of finance with his experience in real estate to help value and determine the financial feasibility of your project.
Real estate piqued his interest during college, and he purchased his first multi-family investment property (fancy way of saying cheap duplex) when he was 22. Ever since, he has continued to scour the market, learning along the way.
Outside of work, Conor enjoys attempting new home-improvement projects, kayaking, and spending time with friends and family. Pet is a golden retriever named Murphy.
Hattie has an extensive background in the hospitality industry where time was of the essence and no detail could be missed. These skills provide her Renovo clients an efficient, top-notch, and customer-focused experience day in and day out.
Outside of the office, Hattie enjoys improving her golf game, working on home projects, and exploring new restaurants in town. While a pet sounds like a fun addition to the family, two kids and a husband are enough for her to take care of.
David is a valuable part of the Renovo team with insight into construction and property preservation with the ability to foresee both the final project and the obstacles that will need to be overcome.
Starting his own company over 10 years ago, Dave has experience in finish carpentry, property rehabs, locksmithing, and property inspections. Dave’s goal is for our clients to get out of a project what is being put in and will share his honest feedback to make your project more successful. Pets are German shepherds named Onyx and Ellie.
Outside of work, Tessa enjoys relaxing at her lake cabin with family and friends. She hopes to travel more now that her kids are leaving the nest. Pet is a Maltipoo named Maverick.
Kathy joins Renovo with over 16 years of accounting experience gained in the private equity sector. She brings vast experience and knowledge to Renovo Capital where she can apply her customer centric approach to each client relationship.
In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time with family and friends, and going to the cabin where she especially loves paddle boarding.
Stephanie brings a unique set of skills that were developed in the creative world--both corporate and confectionery. She's designed award-winning packaging, managed creative teams, owned a bakery and even made an appearance on Food Network. This varied background refined her creative and process development skills to help keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
When not in the office Stephanie still spends plenty of time in the kitchen as well as traveling with friends and family. Her only pet is her sourdough starter, Mabel.
